Altogether a pleasant shopping experience. I had a query that the friendly staff responded to in a timely fashion. The product was shipped almost immediately and arrived faster than I had expected. The needles are my new favourites. The tips are just the way I like them: sharp, but not to sharp, smooth, but not too slippery. The chords are the best I’ve ever worked with. I’m gradually building a set of these needles, and I look forward to buying the next instalment from ILO.
